Your rating, your reviews and where you appear in results are worked out from public evidence, and nobody can edit them — including us.
Our commitments to you
- Ranking cannot be bought. There is no paid placement and no promoted results. Claiming does not move you up the page — accurate data does.
- Your information is yours. What you set in the dashboard takes precedence over anything we hold.
- We show the trade-offs. If you book out three weeks ahead, we say so. Customers arriving with accurate expectations is good for everyone.

Find your business
Search for it, or tell us about it if it isn't listed yet.

Verify you own it
Attach something that shows you run it — a shopfront photo, a booking screen, an invoice in the business's name. A person looks at it.

Sign in and set your details
We email you a password. Your phone number, website, opening hours, your own description and your own photos are yours to change from then on, as often as you like.

Stay accurate
Update prices when they change. Profiles show when they were last checked, so freshness is visible.
