What RightForMe is

RightForMe is a discovery service. We help you find hair, beauty, skin and wellness businesses that suit what you are looking for, and we explain why we think they suit you.

We are not a party to any appointment you make. Bookings, payment, the service itself and any dispute about it are between you and the business.

About our recommendations

A match score is our assessment of fit based on the information we hold, calculated as described in how matching works. It is guidance, not a guarantee, and it is not professional advice.

For anything medical, cosmetic or clinical, the business’s own practitioners are the people qualified to advise you. Always raise allergies, medications, skin conditions and pregnancy directly with them.

Accuracy of listings

We work hard to keep information current, and every profile shows when it was last checked. Even so, prices, hours and services change. Confirm anything that matters directly with the business before you book.

Sample listings are clearly labelled and are fictional. Our data standards explain how we handle this.

If you use RightForMe

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or republish our content or data at scale without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the service or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Submit false information, including false claims of business ownership.
• Use the service to harass a business or an individual.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl our public pages within the directives set in our robots file.

If you list a business

By claiming a profile you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business, and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You grant us permission to display that information on RightForMe.

We may remove or suspend a listing that we reasonably believe contains false, misleading or unlawful information, or where a claim of ownership cannot be verified.

Our content

The RightForMe name, brand, written guidance and the design of this site belong to us. Business information supplied by an owner remains theirs.

Liability

We provide RightForMe with reasonable care but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of businesses listed on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be flagged to business account holders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
